Return and Refund Policy

Because we are a home bakery, and we're human... things happen! We don't offer returns due to our products being edible goods, however we do offer partial refunds under the following circumstances:

• Your goods are damaged during delivery (Delivery driver will take photos of goods upon arrival. Once in your hands, if the products are damaged,  we will not offer a refund or partial refund.)
• Your goods are damaged at pick-up (Photos of the condition of product is documented. Once in your hands, if the product is damaged, we will not offer a refund or partial refund.)
• Your order is delayed for pick-up or delivery by more than 1 day by Ralphie's
• If you need to cancel your order, a cancellation request must be submitted 2 days prior to schedule pick-up or delivery
